In July, we received our certification from the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO), an affiliate of the Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG). This certification process took several months, culminating in an on-site inspection. Stop in and see our beautiful new kitchen!

For the fall season we have developed some mouth-watering egg-free, casein-free, gluten-free muffins, cookies, and cakes. Enjoy Ginger Pear Muffins, Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies, Banana Muffins, and Vanilla and Chocolate Cupcakes! Please call or e-mail us for more information. Community Give Back Day
In 2010, on the second Thursday of each month, The Silly Yak Bakery is giving a portion of that day's sales to a local charity. Charities that have received the monthly donation so far:
