In July 2009 we received our certification from the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO), an affiliate of the Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG). This certification process took several months, culminating in an on-site inspection. Stop in and see our beautiful new kitchen!

We have been working carefully to develop a variety of mouth-watering egg-free, casein-free, gluten-free muffins, cookies, and cakes.
